A day in the life of a submissive slave living in a 24/7 M/s

relationship. A slaves daily routine often include but is not limited to

house hold chores, daily tasks, leisure activities and nightly rituals

these are to be followed and kept to as closely as possible.

COLLAR:

A slave is to wear a collar. It is symbolic of their Masters

ownership and denotes a special bond of trust and commitment. Before leaving the house everyday a slave must wear an item of ownership usually a day collar but could also be any of the following items a bracelet, anklet or ring. This item reminds the slave constantly of her Master and must be warn in plan sight in public for others to see. When in the presents of their Master a slave will always ask for them to put on and remove their collar.

FIRST THING IN THE MORNING:

Wake up, make Masters coffee. The mug, coffee jar and spoon are prepared and left on the kitchen work surface the night before. The display must be exactly as always.

MORNING MEDITATION:

Time to sit at the alter relax and focus on your breath and the day ahead. This meditation can be shared on different days with Chi kung a standing meditation, yoga or something similar.

​

Take care of any chores that may need doing before you leave the house such as general tidying, washing up, making bed etc.

​

Shower - do your hair - get ready for the day ahead.

​

If you did not stay in your Masters presents that night then you are to send him a selfie and text message wishing him a good morning and requesting if you can be of service for the day ahead.

WHILE ON LUNCH:

To perform 100 kegal exercises while thinking of Master. Then to text and message on how your getting on with your day.

UPON ARRIVING AT HOME:

Change from your day collar to your house collar. 

​

Spend 30-60 minutes focusing on your daily fitness program. This could include working out from home, going to the gym or practising your submissive positions. 

​

Take care of any chores that never got completed this morning. 

​

Every day after work a slave is to strip out of their day clothes and put on night shirt. This must be done when all chores are out the way.

​

Online chores check emails and groups you've been tasked to admin 

​

Brush teeth and be in bed lights out no later than 11 pm. If not in the presents of your Master your to send him a text message wishing him a pleasant night.

MICRO RITUALS:

These are small things which get done daily regardless and must follow a particular set pattern/structure for example.

​

When ever meeting Master in public or arrive at him home your to greet him in what ever fashion you've both negotiated.

​

Upon arriving at Masters home your to check and spray all Masters Bonsai trees in this particular order those in the Kitchen first followed by trees in the hall way bath room and finally the living room.

Once home changed and relaxed and dinner has been finished prepare and serve Masters Chinese tea. This denotes a change in the evening a time to relax and settle down.

​

Towel service. Be on hand ready to present the towel and help dry Master when getting out the shower or bath.

​

Preparing and laying the dinner table. Making sure their is water etc present and everything is as per Masters instructions.

​

Night time spanking this can be correctional or rewarding depending on behaviour  during the day.

WEEKLY EVENTS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS:

Ritual bath:

Masters slave is to prepare a ritual bath for him this could also be a shower of which she will share with him. in turn it allows them both to reconnect and symbolically prepare themselves for each other. Scented candles can be included to create soft lighting along with bubble bath and music to set the scene.

Sensual Massage:

Slave to be completely naked and only wearing high heals, Master restrains her and slowly apply's massage oil all over her body arousing every nerve ending in her body. Then kissing her slowly he makes his way up her neck then whispers in her ear what he has planned for her as he places his collar and lead on her.

Naked Chef:

Masters slave is to prepare dinner and only wear one of Masters white dress shirts, thigh high black stocking and 4-5" high heel or boots Masters slave is to greet him with a glass of red wine and a super kiss.

Public Functions:

Social events with friends and family such as dinning out and movies etc. Masters slave will wear a remote vibrator. She is to kneel and present the remote controller to her Master following he will inspect the device before they both leave the home.

Privileges:

These can be earned for good service and behaviour for example: A shopping trip or the opportunity to get your nails done etc.

​

Asking Permission:

Before doing something, by asking your Masters permission it can help cement the roots of a M/s relationship. Master may require the slave ask permission before sitting down to eat or go out clothes shopping or even to watch a film.
